1.Width of forming can be adjusted freely on customer’s request from 500 to 700mm.
2.Shacking mold ejecting: 1--20 per second free adjustment, adjustable amplitude, upper mold second down, blown, insure products not to deform and easily mold ejecting.
3.Customers can choice combining mold (up to 18 combining specs) or fixed spec mold.
4.Advance feeding sheet can avoid over temperature of first feed, utilizing sheet efficiently and reducing wastes.
5.Cooling the product by 7-UP automatic spray gun that made in Taiwan can insure forming fast, eject easy.
6.Guide post receives hardness treatment. With composite bearing, it doesn’t need oil supply, which can reduce package contamination, keep the machine clean.
7.Mid-brake fluctuation controlled by a cylinder to avoid the asynchronism that controlled by two cylinders. It can protract the cylinder life and running smoother.
8.Special chain orbit to reduce the noise and friction between chain and orbit. Save the feeding motor power 0010010 amp; feed quickly.
